...and what a day it's been. It started like this:

A slow, careful drive to PG, all so Cassidy and I could kill 12 hours in the vancouver airport.

Luckily, Cass had some lounge passes, so we found the nearest massage chairs, burned through his complimentary credit card passes and watched travelers come and go as we sat getting our backs pummled in style.

Thinking it would help us sleep on our red eye to Seoul. We also took advantage of the complimentary drinks (and food) in the lounge. Cass more than I.
Right at the end of our stay I ran into a student I taught a decade ago, and we chatted and caught up before getting kicked out of the lounge.
Boarding went smoothly, and Cass and I were/are impressed by how nice the Korean Air plane is, including the mouthwash and toothbrushes in the bathrooms.

And that brings us to now. We are 8 ish hours into the flight and neither of us has slept more than 3-4 hours since yesterday. Though one incident of note was Cass curling up on the ground to sleep and being woken up by a stewardess 10 min later and told her had to return to his seat. He was not happy.
Hopefully Seoul will give us the boost we need to get through the 14 hour layover/exploration. Until then, Habros out.
